Hillarys Plaza looking healthy with the addition of two new tenants.

We are excited to announce Western Kids Health and Pharmacy 777 are the latest allied health tenants to take up residence at Hillarys Plaza and will be available to the local community following the completion of the complex in November 2019.

Western Kids Health offers expert, holistic care to children who require Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychological and Dietetic services, along with Yoga, Art and Hydrotherapy classes.

Hillarys Plaza will be the third clinic for the Western Kids Health family, who tailor their treatments to a child’s physical, emotional and cognitive development.

Alongside Western Kids Health, Pharmacy 777 will be opening a new pharmacy and taking up residency at Hillarys Plaza.

Established in Western Australia over 55 years ago, the Pharmacy 777 Group is dedicated to providing personalised care and quality health services, to create meaningful health outcomes for their patients.

The Pharmacy 777 vision is to enhance the quality of life within our community and we are delighted they have chosen to continue to serve the community needs from their brand new space at Hillarys Plaza.

Alongside Nido Early School and Plus Fitness 24/7, Western Kids Health and Pharmacy 777 are the latest in reputable businesses to join the two level specialty centre. Hillarys Plaza is now over 65% secured with only limited spaces remaining available for lease suitable for food & beverage, allied health consulting & office space.

Construction Update!

This week our Managing Director, Adrian Fiore and Group Development Manager, Chris Harman, visited Hillarys Plaza to get a construction update from Project Manager, Steve Ness.

Hillarys Plaza build over 50% complete!

Construction at Hillarys Plaza is officially over half way and last week the final slab was poured!

June will see commencement of installation of the 2 lifts, internal works commenced on the tenancies, final tilt panels erected and the start of the structural steel and roof installation, which is great timing given winter has officially arrived!

Hillarys Plaza is due for completion in November and the two level specialty centre is over 60% secured with only limited spaces remaining available for lease.

Significant progress at Hillarys Plaza

Construction of Hillarys Plaza is making significant progress, since the recent completion of the ground floor slab.

May will be a big month for the construction team, as first floor form work is already taking shape, ready for the next slab to be poured and pre-cast panels installed in just a few weeks!

Hillarys Plaza is due for completion in November and the specialty centre is over 60% secured with only limited spaces remaining available for lease!

Hillarys Plaza Taking Shape!

Construction Update – January 2019

Hillarys Plaza is starting to take shape with the undercroft car park slab poured and set, ready for the following works to take place in February:

Installation of the undercroft pre-cast panels + waterproofing.
Back filling of the undercroft panels allowing us to continue with hydraulic works and concrete works on ground floor.
Form work installed and concrete poured for the suspended slab above the undercroft

In the background the pre-cast panels will commence casting for the ground floor and in March the ground floor concrete slab poured.

With Hillarys Plaza due for completion November 2019, the centre is over 60% leased and only limited spaces remain available for medical consulting, cafe and office space.
