Federal Member for Moore, Ian Goodenough MP, Mayor Hon. Albert Jacob JP and AGEM Property Group’s Managing Director, Adrian Fiore, cut the ceremonial ribbon on site at Hillarys Plaza today, to mark the official opening of the new multi-level healthcare and commercial centre, providing 3,870 square metres of net lettable area.
Designed by award winning DMG Architecture and located on the corner of Marmion Avenue and Banks Avenue, adjacent to the Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre, construction of the complex was completed within 13 months, following breaking ground in October 2018.
In August of 2018 Barwon Investment Partners expanded its healthcare real estate portfolio committing to acquire the purpose-built facility, funding the $20.5 million development, delivered by our team at AGEM Property Group.

Construction Update!
This week our Managing Director, Adrian Fiore and Group Development Manager, Chris Harman, visited Hillarys Plaza to get a construction update from Project Manager, Steve Ness.

Construction at Hillarys Plaza is officially over half way and last week the final slab was poured!
June will see commencement of installation of the 2 lifts, internal works commenced on the tenancies, final tilt panels erected and the start of the structural steel and roof installation, which is great timing given winter has officially arrived!

Construction of Hillarys Plaza is making significant progress, since the recent completion of the ground floor slab.
May will be a big month for the construction team, as first floor form work is already taking shape, ready for the next slab to be poured and pre-cast panels installed in just a few weeks!

Hillarys Plaza is starting to take shape with the undercroft car park slab poured and set, ready for the following works to take place in February:
In the background the pre-cast panels will commence casting for the ground floor and in March the ground floor concrete slab poured.

Hillarys hottest new development is officially in progress and construction set to begin following the groundbreaking ceremony which took place on Monday.
Mayor Albert Jacob, JP, from the City of Joondalup alongside Adrian Fiore, Mark Borrello and key partners of the project were in attendance to celebrate the milestone.
AGEM Property Group is managing construction of the 3700sqm development, due to be completed by November 2019.
The end result of the development will see Hillarys Plaza be a two-level specialty centre located on the corner of Marmion Ave & Banks Ave, Hillarys.
